Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of two counts of second-degree murder, MCL 750.317; MSA 28.549, and one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, MCL 750.227b; MSA 28.424(2), arising out of the shooting deaths of his ex-wife and her boyfriend. Defendant was sentenced to two terms of forty to sixty years of imprisonment, to be served concurrently, for the murder convictions and a consecutive term of two years of imprisonment for the felony-firearm conviction. Defendant now appeals as of right. We affirm.
